About Me
and how my life falling apart, changed it forever.
I’ve been learning about behaviour change, habits and mindset for over a decade.
In 2018 this came in very handy.
For 15 years I was living and running a business in London, engaged, and surrounded by friends.
Then, in the space of a week, I was single, no social life, and back living with my Mum in Norwich.
My depression returned.
I consumed everything I could on self-improvement and tried it all.
I discovered what worked and more importantly what didn’t.
And I changed my life.
Using this combination of knowledge and experience I managed to:
